Return Policy
General Guidelines
- Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 14 days of receipt.
- The original invoice or receipt is required for all returns and exchanges. A valid photo ID is recommended.
- Products must remain unopened, unused, and in their original condition.
- All returns must include original packaging, warranty cards, manuals, and accessories.
Additional Conditions
- If a promotional item is returned after the promotion period has ended, the value of the item will be deducted from the refund.
- Free items provided with a purchase must also be returned. If these items are not in new condition, additional charges may apply.
- Discrepancies in the return process may lead to delays or partial forfeiture of the refund.
- Customers with excessive returns may be restricted from future return or exchange eligibility.
Non-Returnable Items
- Digital cards (e.g., iTunes, PSN, Xbox, Google Play).
- Consumables (e.g., batteries, microphones, chargers).
- Items damaged, abused, or missing accessories (e.g., remote controls, cords).
- Opened software or video games.
Return Process
- Pack the item securely in the original shipping package.
- Include all original materials, manuals, and accessories.
- Ensure the original invoice or receipt is included.
- Clearly indicate the reason for the return and complete a return report.
- Submit the return report to customer service to initiate a bank refund. Refund processing takes 7-14 business days.
